Desert Safari Dubai Price 2026: What You Should Actually Pay

Desert safari prices in Dubai range from about AED 50 to over AED 700. The difference is not only the car or the dinner. It is also what is left out of the package and charged later at the camp. This guide explains what each price level gets you.

What a normal evening safari includes
A standard evening safari should include pickup and drop-off, 4x4 dune bashing, sandboarding, a short camel ride, a sunset stop, BBQ dinner, soft drinks, tea and coffee, and the camp shows (belly dance, Tanoura and fire show). Henna and traditional dress photos are usually included too.
If a package is missing any of these, compare it carefully before booking.
Very cheap safaris: what to check
Prices below AED 60 usually mean one of three things: a bus instead of a 4x4, a very short dune drive, or a camp where most activities cost extra. Before you book a cheap offer, ask:
- Is pickup by 4x4 or by bus?
- Is the BBQ dinner included, or only snacks?
- Which activities at the camp cost extra?
The real extra costs: quad bikes and buggies
Quad bike and dune buggy rides are almost never included in a normal safari. With us, quad bike rides start from AED 99 and dune buggy rides from AED 400 per buggy.
If you already know you want to ride, a safari + quad bike combo reserves your ride in advance.
Shared or private?
Shared is the best value for couples and solo travellers. For a family or group of 4–6, a private safari often costs about the same per person, and you control the timing and how rough the dune bashing is.
